SEIC is engaged in four areas in B&H: real estate market, business consulting, renewable energy and tourism. The focus this year was on investing in the real estate market and tourism. After investment in the construction of a complex of luxury apartments Dvor on Marin Dvor, which will lend a new visual silhouette to the center of Sarajevo, they have devoted their attention now to another urban center- Čobanija.

The planning and architectural control of this object was entrusted to Dušan Jovanović from ‘Argentaria’ from Sarajevo, and the first phase of construction works is led by one of the biggest European construction companies Strabag.
