Gradačac: 40th Fair for Plums Will Open on Wednesday

sajam_sljiveThe Prime Minister of the FBiH Nermin Nikšić will open in Gradačac on Wednesday the 40th international fair of agriculture and food industry-the plum fair.

At this year’s 40th anniversary of plums, its products at around 13.000 square meters of outdoor and indoor fair space will present around 280 exhibitors from countries in the region, Germany and Turkey.

The opening ceremony of the fair, along with a number of guests, will include the High Representative of B&H Valentin Inzko and the Minister of Agriculture in the FBiH Jerko Ivanković Lijanović.

In the four days of the fair, visitors will be able to view the exhibition booths of food and drinks, tools and machinery, fertilizers and agricultural pesticides, packaging for the food industry, etc.

During the fair there will be several lectures and roundtables, and the most successful farmers and those in the food industry will be presented with medals for the quality of their products.
