Construction of Residential Neighborhood Dobroševići of 38 Housing Facilities

dobrosiceviIn the Sarajevo neighborhood Dobroševići there will be a construction of a residential area with 38 housing facilities. Preparations are already underway (drainage and walls).

‘’This is a Kuwaiti investment ARDH Al-Jazeera. Municipality Novi Grad Sarajevo issued zoning permit for the construction of this project, and a permit for preparatory work. In addition, approval was issued for the construction of roads within the complex. The building permit has not yet been issued’’, said to Fena in municipality Novi Grad Sarajevo.

On this area, houses from 80 to 120 square meters will be built.

Municipality Novi Grad Sarajevo does not have information regarding the financial value of this project. When a request for a building permit has been sent, the municipality will have more information on the project.
