A contract on the purchase of equipment and shares of the company UNIS was signed yesterday on the premises of the FBIH Agency for Privatization.
The buyers, TDM group d.o.o. Gradačac and TDM d.o.o. Sarajevo committed themselves to paying the entire price of items sold in the amount of 4.056.591 KM, to take over 32 employees and according to the business plan, in the next three years to employ additional people.
The total investment for which the buyers are committed amounts to 1.400.000 KM, and it will be realized in the next three years.
The public call for the sale through direct negotiations in small privatization, FBiH Agency for Privatization announced it on 11 February 2013, and the APF Commission, after the legally prescribed deadlines, negotiations with bidders began mid-March 2013, announced the FBIH Agency for Privatization.
