Cooperation of BiH and Turkey in Defense Industry

rukovanje_aThe BIH Minister of Trade and Economic Relations Mirko Šarović visited the International Defense Industry Fair IDEF 2013 in Istanbul at the invite of the Turkish Minister of Defense Ismet Yilmaz.

The BIH Minister of Defense Zekerijah Osmić was part of the BiH delegation.

Ministers’ Šarović and Osmić visited the booth of BiH exhibitors at the fair.

Minsiter Šarović and Minister Yilmaz signed an agreement today on cooperation in the defense industry between the BiH Council of Ministers and the Turkish government.

The entry of this agreement into force will create favorable conditions for cooperation in the area of defense through improved capacity, efficient cooperation, production, supply and sale of goods and services.
