At the suggestion of the acting prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office, the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo ordered a one-month detention for Goran Ravlić, Leđiba Ravlić and Latif Jašarević.

Goran and Leđiba Ravlić are suspected of the criminal offense of murder in a cruel manner, while Latif Jašarević is suspected of the criminal offense of failure to report a criminal offense and providing assistance to suspects after a criminal offense has been committed.

Goran Ravlić and Leđiba Ravlić are suspected of brutally killing a 38-year-old woman, the wife of suspect Goran Ravlić, in an apartment in Kolodvorska Street, according to a previous agreement. Initially, they denied her any kind of communication with the outside world, then mentally and physically abused her for days, which resulted in her death.

Latif Jašarević suspects that, although he knew about the murder, he did not report it. At the same time, he tried to help the suspects to cover him up. During the investigation led by the on-duty cantonal prosecutor, items intended for removing traces of a criminal offense were found in the apartment. The investigation in the aforementioned case continues with numerous expert reports and the undertaking of other evidentiary actions.
