The municipal court in Konjic sentenced Amir Džafić to a ten-month sentence, for which a criminal complaint was filed, in the case of inflicting serious bodily injuries on an employee of the Jablanica hotel, which he owns.

The time he has spent in custody will be included in this prison sentence, and Dafić is also obliged to pay the costs of the medical examination. The indictment alleges that on August 1, 2023, in the “Jablanica” hotel, where the victim Enisa Klepo worked, after a short verbal argument with the accused’s wife, she was physically attacked by the accused.

Džafić initially pleaded not guilty to this criminal offense, only to admit his guilt yesterday, on the basis of which Judge Almina Čilić passed the verdict today.
