The Center for Human Policy from Doboj filed a criminal complaint against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željka Cvijanović, for giving a false statement.

The application was filed against the acting district public prosecutor and the Judicial Council, and for violation of the law in the case against the former mayor of Doboj as one of those responsible for the murder of 11 residents of Doboj and damage of several hundred million marks in the 2014 floods.

In order to protect the accused, avoid their own responsibility and influence the court’s decision, the accused gave a false testimony, that is, statements that differ from their actions and statements 10 years ago, according to the Center for Humane Policy.
