Croatia extradited Josilo Jovan, BH citizen, to the judiciary of Bosnia and Herzegovina, suspected of organized crime, connected with the international traffic of large quantities of narcotic drugs.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that Joshilo is under investigation in the “Sky” cases codenamed “Transporter” and “Storage”, for which they, together with partner police, judicial and security agencies, have been searching for a long time.

The suspect was arrested last year in Croatia, in the area of Istria, where he used falsified personal documents, after which activities were initiated within the framework of international cooperation, for his extradition to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“After members of the Judicial Police took the suspect from his colleagues from Croatia, he was brought under high security measures to the Complex of Judicial Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where the detention order imposed on him by the issuing of a warrant by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is in force,” the Prosecutor’s Office stated.

The suspect will be handed over to the acting prosecutor within the legal deadline, who will take further necessary steps in prosecuting the suspect.
