The seven-day joint military exercise of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Croatia – Combat Power 25 – is being conducted in the land and air domains at the “Eugen Kvaternik” military training ground near Slunj, as well as at the Zirje naval military training area.

According to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Croatia, this is the largest joint military exercise since 2018. It began on September 12th and will last until September 19th.

Through the synchronization of combat actions of land, naval, and air assets, the training of Croatian Armed Forces personnel and the maneuver-combat capabilities of equipment for carrying out the core mission of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Croatia will be demonstrated.

The comprehensive military planning process will culminate on September 17th at the “Eugen Kvaternik” military training ground with a demonstration of maneuver and combat power capabilities of all newly acquired systems introduced into operational use over the past year, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Croatia stated.
