Minister Bevanda stressed that it is necessary to create a legal framework that will be modern and at the same time adapted to the constitutional regulations in BiH and EU rules.
Director Hrebac, who is a member of the Board of Directors of the European Deposit Insurance Forum (EFDI), emphasized that the Republic of Croatia is fully supportive of BiH in reforms in this area and in strengthening human capacities through cooperation and exchange of experience.
The interlocutors concluded that there was room for improvement in cooperation in the area of deposit insurance and that it was necessary to contact the representatives of the competent institutions, both law-makers and law-makers, more frequently.
