Croatian Parliament demands the immediate sending of the Army to the Borders with BiH and Serbia

The Deputy Club of Croatian Sovereignists believes that the Republic of Croatia, faced with the growing influx of illegal migrants and increasingly frequent incidents, should urgently take measures to protect its borders, including the borders with Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and Serbia.

In the statement of this club published yesterday by the Croatian media, the members of this deputy club emphasize the urgent need to send the army to those borders, at the same time advocating the installation of protective wires.

Warning of the recent incident in which illegal migrants opened fire on the Croatian police, Croatian sovereignists emphasize that the problem of illegal migration will not be solved or at least significantly reduced without the application of decisive measures.

“Croatia must, in order to protect its borders and the borders of the European Union (EU), urgently send the army to the borders with BiH and Serbia, and at the same time start installing protective wires, since this is obviously the only way to protect against the increasingly frequent attempts of illegal migrants to enter on Croatian territory,” Croatian sovereignists point out.

Minister Davor Bozinovic yesterday informed the public about the initiation of a criminal investigation into the circumstances of the shooting that took place on the territory of BiH. Croatian police officers witnessed this incident in the border area near the town of Rakovica after they prevented a group of illegal migrants from entering Croatia.

Karlovac police also announced that its officers witnessed shootings in the border area in Koranski Lug near Rakovica, Klix.ba reports.
