The German contingent held a Change of Command Ceremony on Wednesday in Camp Butmir. This occasion marked the formal handover of command of the German Contingent from OF-4 Lieutenant Colonel Kannengieβer to OF-4 Lieutenant Colonel Kügler.

The ceremony, attended by DCOM EUFOR Brigadier General Uberto Incisa di Camerana and the EUFOR Leadership team, provided an opportunity to reflect on the commitment of the German contingent’s role in EUFOR. Their presence extends from LOT houses across Bosnia and Herzegovina, to members serving in EUFOR Headquarters.

During this ceremony, DCOM EUFOR Brigadier General Uberto Incisa di Camerana thanked Lieutenant Colonel Kannengieβer for his outstanding and unwavering service and welcomed OF 4 Kügler with confidence as he assumes his new command role.
