Croatian President Milanovic openly praised Dodik: I want such a Serb for a Neighbor

The President of Croatia, Zoran Milanovic, addressed the public in Gospic yesterday, and again spoke about the newly elected President of the Republika Srpska (RS), Milorad Dodik. Milanovic never praised Dodik more openly.

Among other things, he recalled that Dodik opposed the lawsuit that Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) wanted to file against Croatia over the Peljesac bridge, referring to the vital national interest of the Serbs. He said it was a brave act.

“We have a Chinese prime minister who is now excluded, almost arrested, who spoke for 15 minutes at the opening of the Peljesac Bridge, like me, Plenkovic and Jandrokovic together, as if the Chinese paid for it. They didn’t even invite Dodik,” Milanovic noted.

He also said that “now there was an attempt to take votes from Dodik at the elections“. He added that Dodik has nothing to do with Srebrenica.

“Dodik is a Serbian patriot, we will never agree on everything, but they are independent, even in Belgrade, which is now keeping an eye on him, and I want such a Serb as a neighbor, it doesn’t get better than that. Jelena Trivic – well, there are many people who gave her money, she is ten times worse than Dodik,” Milanovic said.

Not every Serb is an enemy, on the contrary, he concluded, Klix.ba reports.
