Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlić Radman said that political leaders in Bosnia and Herzegovina should amend the Election Law to ensure the equality of Croats, stressing that without this principle, the Croatian side would never have signed the Dayton Agreement.
Grlić Radman stated that the intention of the Dayton Agreement, which ended the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, was to “ensure the equality of the three constituent peoples and prevent the domination of any of them”.
“If Croats had known then that the principles of the Dayton Agreement would not be applied in practice, they would never have signed that agreement because they are not equal now,” Grlić Radman said at the Dubrovnik Forum.
