About 6,000 participants gathered at today’s seventh protest in Sarajevo due to the tram accident, Klix.ba was told by the Police Department of the Ministry pf Interior of Sarajevo Canton after the rally.

The protests, which started at 12:00 and ended around 15:30, passed without incident.

Today, the peaceful walk started from the National Museum, i.e. the place of the tram accident. Citizens, led by young people, walked across Skenderija to the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office building, and then back down Titova Street next to the Presidency. The meeting ended at the starting point in front of the museum.

Organizers announced new protests, but did not reveal the date today. What they discovered were new requirements.

They demand the urgent convening of the CS Assembly and the appointment of a new government, but not in the previous composition. They are asking for a transparent investigation into the tram accident, cancellation of debts to GRAS, freedom of assembly and the right to protest, extensive renovation of public transport…

In the final address, the young people called to vote in the elections that will be held this year. They said that they will not be silent, because the world rests on them.
