Current Situation in Tuzla is Peaceful, 11 Police Officers Injured in Protests and 9 Civilians

tuzlarijeWe are monitoring the situation and currently Tuzla is peaceful, and there is no announcement on possible gatherings, said today for Agency Fena spokesperson of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tuzla Canton Izudin Šarić.

He said that 11 police officers and 9 civilians are injured during yesterday’s protests in Tuzla.

“19 persons are arrested, 17 persons were released after investigation, and 2 persons are held in custody and will be today handed over to Tuzla Cantonal Prosecutor’s office on charges of criminal act of robbery. 14 people are reported on charges for disturbing public order”, said Šarić for Fena.
