Custody ordered for Three Suspects in “Bure” Operation

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina accepted the proposal of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order detention measures for the three arrested in the Bura operation.

As stated in the announcement, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 19.9.2026. , deciding on the Prosecution’s proposal to order custody, issued a decision in case S1 2 K 055642 26 Krn 2, by which the suspects Kenan Ramić, Dina Kovačević and Adis Nezirović were ordered into custody, which according to this decision can last for a maximum of one month, counting from the day of deprivation of liberty, i.e. until October 16, 2026. in relation to the suspect Kenan Ramić and until October 18, 2026. year in relation to the suspects Dinna Kovačević and Adis Nezirović, or until a new decision of the Court, and due to the existence of special reasons for detention prescribed by Article 132, paragraph 1, points b) and c) of the CPC of BiH.

The suspects are charged with committing the criminal offense of unauthorized traffic in narcotic drugs from Article 195, paragraph 2, in connection with paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

An appeal against this decision does not delay its execution, he writes at the end of the announcement.
