Serbia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs in technical mandate, Ivica Dacic, told RTS that a team has been formed that will fight against Kosovo’s admission to the Council of Europe.
Earlier this morning, Dacic said that this team will be appointed at today’s session of the Government of Serbia and that he will lead it, together with the director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petković.
Dacic, who since the election of Ana Brnabić as President of the Assembly has been at the head of the Government of Serbia, said that in the Council of Europe the admission of Kosovo “will not be declared by justice and law, but by force”, but that the team of the Government of Serbia will do everything to reception does not come.
He stated that the team will fight against the admission of Kosovo to the Council of Europe, and noted that the Council of Europe is the only organization where Pristina has a chance to enter, unlike the UN, which, he says, they can only dream about.
On April 16, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will consider the request for the admission of Kosovo to that organization.
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, also requested yesterday that a special team be formed to fight for Serbia, Srna reports.
