Vlado Đajić, former director of the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska (UKCRS) and a member of the RS National Assembly, said today that he received a court decision according to which his dismissal from the position of director of the UKC was unlawful.

Đajić said in Banja Luka that he filed a lawsuit after being dismissed from the position of director, and stressed that court decisions must be respected.

He pointed out that in the regular competition, which was announced by the Government of Republika Srpska, he was the best ranked candidate, after which he was appointed as the general director of the UKC.

Đajić said that he expects all institutions to respect the laws and the Constitution, adding that he is now waiting for the RS Government to comment on the court decision.
