Days of Boračko Lake to be held in May

boracko j Eco Village Boračko Lake in cooperation with other non-governmental organizations (NGOs) organized the event “Days of Boračko Lake ” which will be held from 22nd to 25th of May.

Eco Village Boračko Lake and other NGOs are working to promote and protect the natural beauty of the river Neretva and Boračko Lake which has not received sufficient attention yet.

As part of the event, among other contents, opening of the summer tourist season at Boračko Lake will take place as well as action of cleaning and decorating coastal area of Boračko Lake with more than 100 volunteers participating.

In addition, there will be held a two-day round table “Tourism and Ecology”, eco-workshops, eco-camp and the promotion of the project “Zero waste”, by the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism, which aims to create a society without waste.

boracko-jezeroPerformance “Fairy Night” with the participation of a large number of well-known BH artists will be held as well, as announced from the Eco Village Boračko Lake.
