Lawmakers from the Sarajevo Canton Assembly adopted a program today to mark the Days of Sarajevo Canton from 2-9 May, and during these days a number of feature and documentary films will be shown and the opening of an exhibition and book promotions.
Although lawmakers requested data on how much money from this year’s budget has been allocated for this manifestation, they did not receive an answer.
It was indicated that all mark the days at similar times and that due to the allocation of resources they should negotiate to jointly mark the days by organizing events.
During Days of Sarajevo the films “Bife Titanik”, “Jasmina”, Ljubav I Bijes”, “Snijeg”, “Miris Dunja”, and “Pismo Glava” will be shown in BiH cinemas.
It is anticipated that there will be an organizing of Days of open doors of historical archives of Sarajevo on 6 May, opening of an exhibition “Majska izložba mladih” in Coleggium Artisticum and art exhibitions Breške, the main extension of HDK “Naprekad” Tuzla and “Anterija-moda jednog vremena”.
In Art House Sevdah there will be a promotion of a book “Mustafa Mulalić kao sakupljač sevdalinki: Nove kajde za stare sevdalinke”.
