The Gaza Health Ministry said that at least 202 bodies had been brought to hospitals in the Strip in the past 48 hours.
In addition, at least 1,037 people were injured in Israeli attacks during the same period.
The figures bring the number of people killed in the territory since the start of the war to 55,908, with at least 131,138 wounded.
5,599 Palestinians have been killed and 19,097 injured in Israeli attacks since Israel broke its ceasefire with Hamas in March.
It should also be noted that in recent days, there has been an increase in the number of killings of civilians waiting for humanitarian aid in many parts of the Strip.
