Death Toll rise to 12 in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Two patients, elderly men, died at the Infectious Diseases Clinic of the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska, and both patients were infected with coronavirus, Klix.ba news portal reports.

“At the Clinic for Infectious Diseases of the University Clinical Center of the Republika Srpska, despite the maximum efforts of doctors and staff at our institution to save their lives, two patients, elderly men, have died,” a statement from the UKC Republika Srpska said. These are patients from Banja Luka and Laktasi who have previously been confirmed with the presence of new coronavirus and who have had more chronic associated diseases.

The patient from Banja Luka patient was treated at the Infectious Diseases Clinic from March 22nd, and the patient from Laktasi from March 27, this year.

Currently, 408 people are infected, 17 recovered and 12 dead.
