Debevec, Mehmedagic and Pijuk to enter Pleas next Week

Suspended President of the Court of BiH Ranko Debevec, former Director of the OBA Osman Mehmedagić and Court employee Milisav Pijuk, who are accused of multiple criminal offenses, will enter their pleas on Wednesday, November 29, before the Court of BiH when their trial begins.

Debevec is charged with abuse of position or authority, forgery of a document, receiving a reward or other form of benefit for trading in influence, unauthorized wiretapping and audio or optical recording, and for false representation and violation of the Law on Gender Equality of BiH.

Mehmedagić is charged with forgery of an official document, and abuse of position or authority, Birn reminds.

Pijuk and Debevec are included in the indictment that charges them with false representation and violation of the Law on Gender Equality of BiH.
