At the proposal of the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H, the Court of B&H ordered that Naser Orić will not be able to leave the territory of B&H, while his movement within B&H is restricted to the area of the Sarajevo Canton and the Zenica-Doboj Canton.
Also, Orić has the obligation of reporting to the relevant police station once a week.
The Court of B&H brought the decision two days ago, and it was delivered to the defense of Naser Orić yesterday.
As a reminder, at the hearing before the Court of B&H, which was held on June 29th, the Prosecution proposed ordering of prohibitive measures to Naser Orić in the form of the restriction of movement within the Sarajevo Canton and Zenica-Doboj Canton, the temporary seizure of travel documents, and regular reporting to the Police Station Centar in Sarajevo.
The defense of Naser Orić then claimed that there is no need for imposing prohibitive measures as there is no fear that Orić will escape, nor can he influence the witnesses.
