Decrease in the Average Monthly Net Salary in BiH

The average monthly net salary paid per employee for October 2022 in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was BAM 1,139, according to data from the FBiH Bureau of Statistics.

The average monthly paid net salary for October is nominally lower by 0.1 percent, and in real terms lower by 2.5 percent compared to the previous month.

Compared to the same month of the previous year, the average monthly net salary paid per employee for October 2022 is nominally higher by 14 percent, and in real terms lower by 4.3 percent.

In October 2022, the total number of employees in the Federation of BiH is 539,479. Compared to the previous month, the number of employees increased by 0.03 percent.
