As of March 16, 2026, the duty of the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on a rotational basis, for the next eight months will be assumed by Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Bećirović.
This rotation is based on Article V, paragraph (2) b. of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in connection with Article 5, paragraph (2) of the Rules of Procedure of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, No. 10/13, 32/13 and 22/14), the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.
He will take over the duty of the Chairman from Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić, who has held this position since July 16, 2025, the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.
