DF: Imposition of Amendments to FBiH Constitution brutal Attack on constitutional Order

The Democratic Front completely rejects and strongly condemns the new imposition of amendments to the Constitution of the Federation of BiH by the High Representative in BiH, Christian Schmidt – the party announced.

They claim that it is completely clear that this is a brutal attack on the constitutional order by a foreigner in our country in the position of High Representative, “with the aim of imposing electoral rules in the interests of the HDZ of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and with the aim of forming an occupation-like government that, in addition to the HDZ, would – and consisted of parties gathered around Čović, primarily SDP, NiP and NS”.

– The Democratic Front believes that anyone who accepts to form a government based on these imposed, anti-constitutional and undemocratic rules is committing a direct ‘crime’ against the state and citizens. Accepting the exercise of power on the basis of occupation is against the will of the citizens, and in the interest of foreign factors and political centers from the neighborhood – this is the position of the DF.

This means, as they state from that party, nothing more than the historical humiliation of citizens, first of all Bosniak citizens, but also all those citizens of non-Bosnian Croats, Serbs and Others, and citizens as such, who do not fit into the concrete ethnic concept.
