Yesterday, during the public debate on Sutorina, some arguments were presented by the side of the initiator Inicijativa.
The applicant of Initiative for the return of Sutorina, Denis Becirovic and the representative Azra Kurtcehajic pointed out several arguments, which according to them, can cause prevail and make attitude from Montenegro void.
According to their words, Sutorina is primarily BiH property which lasted for more than 550 years, which was confirmed by the Congress of Berlin. With the same borders BiH has entered in the Kingdom of SHS, the1st December 1918.
Representatives of the Initiative continue to emphasize that AVNOJ, 30 years later is the foundation of BiH borders requested to the Congress of Berlin, which known Sutorina as BiH territory.
Additionally, representatives of the Initiative called for the Constitution FNRJ, SFRJ and the Constitution of the Republic. The representatives pointed out that Sutorina, regarding its surrender of Montenegro, has never been confirmed in the federal or republican assemblies.
