zeljka-cvijanovicPrime Minister of the RS Željka Cvijanović said to Srna that the meeting in Brussels with representatives of the European Commission on the development of the company ‘Elektroprenos B&H’ was successful and it was concluded that they can begin with the distribution of profit of 100 million BAM.

She noted that at the meeting many dilemmas were solved, and it was a chance to share views, given that there was a lot of misinformation regarding shareholders from both entities of ‘Elektroprenos B&H’.

‘’The conclusion is that we can go ahead with the distribution of profit of 100 million BAM, and to use the rest of the money as we have previously planned, certainly for investment, and some deadlines were determined regarding the investment cycle’’, said Cvijanović.

She noted that the Secretariat of the Energy Community would be sent drafts of investment plans, which are already completed, so that it could provide some suggestions.

‘’We will adopt our investment plans no later than February, after we receive suggestions from the Energy Community’’, added Cvijanović.

She stated that the representatives of the European Commission were informed that the recruitment of staffing structure is near an end, that members of the Board of Directors have been selected and a Managing Director has been appointed, and all executive directors will be chosen in the next few weeks.
