The President of the Republika Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik said that the entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina is in favor of an agreement within Bosnia and Herzegovina, but that he is determined to put an end to the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina if the High Representative Christian Schmidt tries to interfere in the changes to the Election Law.
“In that case, the RS will pass its election law and conduct elections,” wrote Dodik on Instagram.
According to him, the RS has already been robbed of some powers in connection with the elections, stating that according to the Dayton Agreement, Bosnia and Herzegovina can conduct elections for members of the Presidency and the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and everything else should be conducted by the RS.
