Milorad Dodik underlined yesterday after the SNSD Main Board Session that he will not support any law until the issue of foreign judges in the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) is resolved.
He said that the SNSD will participate in discussions and harmonization of other laws, but that none will be adopted until the Law on the Constitutional Court of BiH is adopted.
“Only after the decision on the Constitutional Court can our delegates vote for the laws that we eventually harmonize. I call on the partners to harmonize them, they must know that the SNSD will not vote, they will participate in the discussions, but they will not vote until the law is passed and the issue of the Constitutional Court is resolved,” Dodik stated.
Moreover, Dodik also stated that the documents previously adopted by the SNSD Parliament, such as the commitment to the independence of Republika Srpska (RS), remain in force.
He pointed out that representatives of parties from Serbia, Montenegro, Romania, Hungary, and North Macedonia, coalition partners from the RS, and some parties from the Federation of BiH (FBiH) will attend the Parliament held in Doboj today.
Furthermore, Dodik underlined that the stability of the RS is unquestionable that the RS has achieved its budget goals and that all payments will be completed on December 31st of this year.
In the end, Dodik also insulted the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Elmedin Konakovic, whom he said “didn’t know he was so stupid and that even Tito didn’t spend 20 days in the United States (U.S.)”.
He said that when you listen to Konakovic, he is for conversation and respect and that when he is alone, his rhetoric is no different from that of Bisera Turkovic.
“We achieved the goals we wanted to achieve, if he (Konakovic) thinks he can impose a worse situation for the RS, let him continue. He is no longer our joint minister of foreign affairs, with the way he is slandering us to the world, and then he comes here and presents himself as something else. When you go, you have to present agreed positions, not personal positions or positions of your party, and he does this en masse,” Dodik explained.
“A guy who implements an insidious Bosniak policy of dealing with the RS,” Dodik concluded, Klix.ba reports.
