The President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, has stressed that the sanctions imposed by the outgoing US administration on senior officials of the Republic of Srpska are just another proof of the senselessness and hypocrisy of their foreign policy, the debacle of which we are witnessing all over the world.
Dodik stated that the decision on sanctions against Rajko Kuzmanović, Džerard Selman, Sinisa Karan and other officials of the Republika Srpska is nothing more than a politically motivated move, a desperate attempt to cause harm, destabilize the Republika Srpska and impose a unitary concept of BiH, contrary to the will of the Serbian people.
“Such moves, both domestically and internationally, are the reasons why neither the American people nor people around the world want them anymore. This shows that they have been defeated forever and that they have lost all credibility,” Dodik wrote on the social network “X”.
According to him, while American voters are turning to leaders like Donald Trump, who advocate sovereignty and economic patriotism, the outgoing administration is using its last breath to impose sanctions, thus demonstrating its powerlessness once again.
“The world will remember them only badly,” Dodik said.
He added that Republika Srpska will not give up its principles and will not kneel before injustice.
“Our policy, based on sovereignty, Christian values and the right of every people to decide for themselves, has proven to be correct. Friends of Republika Srpska throughout Europe and the world recognize our courage and vision,” Dodik stressed.
He told the outgoing American administration that their time has passed and that Republika Srpska is turning to the future, to cooperation with leaders who understand the importance of sovereignty and economic development.
“Our strength lies in the unity of our people and in the vision of a just world in which the interests of all peoples are respected, not just privileged centers of power,” Dodik stressed.
He added that this kind of administration will not happen again in America.
“And this, like everything else you have tried to break us, will remain just a detail that we will remember one day. And as for Murphy’s (US Ambassador to BiH) pressure on banks, we will find a way to protect our citizens. As of Monday, all banks will have to open BAM accounts for all persons,” Dodik said.
