Dodik replied to Becirovic: Don’t play with Republika Srpska, we have Mechanisms to protect ourselves

After Denis Becirovic warned Dodik not to play with fire and that separatist moves could endanger the peace process, Milorad Dodik told Becirovic not to play with the Republika Srpska (RS) and the Serbs.

“We are not ready to sacrifice peace for anything, not even for RS, but we are also not ready to sacrifice RS for unconstitutional Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH),” said Dodik.

Moreover, he said that if Becirovic accepts the Dayton Peace Agreement, then they have no problem, but that if, like other Bosniak politicians, he will say one thing and do another, he must know that it will not go through.

“RS will protect itself with the law and in peace because we have enough mechanisms to protect ourselves,” added Dodik.

Dodik stated that the false peace-making messages they send, and they do everything to disturb the peace, are the “old Muslim matrix”. He threatened that BiH will either be constitutional or it won’t be, and Becirovic and others who encourage him should understand that as soon as possible.

“In the end, I would like to tell him not to play with big words and threaten with other people’s weapons. We defended our country once, we will defend it every time,” concluded Dodik, Klix.ba reports.
