The President of Republika Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik reacted to the statements made two days ago by the United States (U.S.) Secretary of State Antony Blinken about him.
On that occasion, Blinken compared the leader of RS to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“I’m glad that Blinken heard about me and is talking about me. I’m glad that I’m on his agenda, and I’m especially glad that he thinks I’m so great that I can be compared to Putin, who is undoubtedly the leader of one of the biggest countries in the world,” Dodik told reporters in Foca.
Moreover, Dodik said that whatever Blinken thinks about Putin, he is the legitimate president of Russia, just as Blinken is the legitimate Secretary of State, which should be recognized as a fact.
“What they attribute to him, so what, they also attribute all kinds of things to the Americans,” Dodik added.
The SNSD leader once again touched on the issue of state property, which has raised a lot of dust in recent days.
“They persistently want to take away our resources and transfer them to Sarajevo. We don’t want that to happen, we don’t like Sarajevo. They have to understand that for us it is a Muslim center. We go there only because we have to,” Dodik concluded, Klix.ba reports.
