The hours-long surgery of the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, has been completed in Belgrade. He has now been transferred to the intensive care unit.
The surgery began this morning at 8 am, and Dodik was hospitalized due to pain in his esophagus and stomach.
According to Belgrade media, the surgery was performed in a clinic specializing in this type of disease, with the involvement and consultation of doctors from the RS.
“The public will be informed about the health condition of the President of the Republika Srpska in a timely manner,” his office said in a statement.
