The leading investor in real estate investing in B&H, Compact Invest Ltd. headed by the managing director Sultan Alkhannah, signed contracts with several domestic companies which are supposed to work on furnishing the apartments in the settlement Sarajevo Waves, which is being constructed in Otes near Sarajevo.
Some of those companies are “Metropolit Studio’’ and “Inside by Ećo’’.
It was said from Compact Invest that the services that these companies are to provide include that, during the purchase of the apartment, the buyers are given the possibility to instantly choose the interior in accordance with their personal style and budget, on the basis of the shown apartments that will be furnished to the smallest detail and with all the accessories.
Sultan Alkhannah, as well as directors of the companies with whom the contract on furnishing the interiors of Sarajevo Waves 1 was signed, stated that it is their great honour and pleasure that successful companies, each in its field, will work on the new, luxurious and architecturally creative settlement in Sarajevo, the Sarajevo Waves residence.
The future complex Sarajevo Waves will consist of more than 300 housing units with complete additional facilities and exterior arrangements.
“The first demonstration apartments will be available to our buyers for review by mid-September”, it was announced from this company.
