donacija-iz-istanbula-stigla-u-sarajevo-grasu-isporucena-tri-autobusaThe first three buses from the complete contingent of the donation of 30 buses arrived to Sarajevo. It is the donation by the town of Istanbul to the Canton of Sarajevo.

This way, the Istanbul public transport company (IETT) started its delivery of the buses to the Gras Company in Sarajevo.

“This donation comes in the right time. It will solve the problem of changing old lasted buses and improve the quality of transport in the Canton of Sarajevo.” – pointed out Muhamed Kozadra, the officer in charge of the Minister of CS in resignation.

The idea of this donation came from the Foundation BIGMEV which previously organized the trip of the Gras representatives to Istanbul and which covers the implementation of the donation.

“We saw in Istanbul the quality and the technical validity of the buses. It is important to point out that the IETT delivers buses which are completely adapted to standards of the public transport in the Canton of Sarajevo so every bus will be immediately placed into function.” – stated Avdo Vatrić, the director of the Gras Company.  The delivery of all buses from the contingent is expected in the next few weeks.
