Yesterday morning, the National football team of B&H had their first training session in the Center of the Football Federation of B&H (NSB&H) in Zenica within their preparations for the upcoming matches against Wales and Cyprus, which was opened for the media.
Great number of B&H representatives who did their training the night before as well, arrived at the training center, while absent from yesterday morning training were Stilic and Spahic who are expected to arrive at the training center, and Edin Dzeko who is on the examinations in Roma.
In the statement for reporters, assistant coach Dragan Peric said that the coaching staff studiously approached the match with Wales, and that preparations are running according to their expectations for now and with the maximum capacity.
“Coaching staff is here in the training center in Zenica since Friday, and we believe that we can achieve to get to the barrage in the upcoming matches,” said Peric, after which he also commented guarding Bale in the upcoming match:
“We will not be guarding Bale, we will play zone defense because I think that we’ll attack more than them, and will not be in a position to defend ourselves from Bale or the others.”
Peric also added that Lulic and Dzeko should be ready for the match against Wales, but the final answer about the health condition of Dzeko will be known during the day, after the examination with the ball.
Dragons will do 5 more training sessions in the training center before the match with Wales and one official training at Bilino Polje, which will be held on Friday, starting at 7:45 p.m.
