Dusko Zoric Sentenced to Three Years in Prison for Crimes Against Humanity

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the criminal case against the defendant Duško Zorić issued a decision that annulled the decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina dated 4/26/2023. on ordering Zorić’s detention and at the same time ordered him to be detained, which according to this decision can last a maximum of three years, counting from the day of deprivation of liberty on 10.1.2025. year or until a new decision of the Court.

The control of the justification of the duration of detention will be carried out at the end of every two months from the date of the last decision on detention.

The accused is accused of having committed the criminal offense of crimes against humanity from Article 172, paragraph 1, point h) in connection with points a), f) and k), and all in connection with Article 180, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was announced from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
