Mostar Airport General Director Marko Đuzel and Chargé d’Affaires at the US Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina John Ginkel met to discuss the possibility of American investment in Mostar Airport.
Đuzel and Ginkel discussed how American expertise, equipment and resources can help in expanding the Airport, modernizing the infrastructure and creating a logistics and service hub in Mostar that would serve the entire region, the US Embassy announced on the X social network.
More jobs, increased tourism and better regional connectivity are the opportunities that American investments can bring to Mostar Airport.
Better connectivity means more direct flights to European destinations, making it easier for travelers to discover the stunning beauty of Herzegovina and strengthening deeper ties between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the United States, the US Embassy said.
