The evaluation exercise “Dynamic response 24-4” according to the NATO concept of operational capabilities, evaluation and feedback, in which members of the commands and units of the 4th Infantry Brigade and additional units from other units of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina participated, was successfully completed today at the Center for Combat training in the barracks of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina “Mika Bosnić” Manjača.
The aim of the exercise was to assess the readiness and training in the performance of a wide range of operations and to present the operational capabilities of the members of the 4th Infantry Brigade of the Armed Forces of BiH.
As part of the external evaluation exercise “Dynamic response 24-4”, a new concept of institutional external evaluation of operational capabilities, commands and units of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be applied according to the NATO concept of operational capabilities, evaluation and feedback (OCC E&F) in order to achieve a degree of interoperability with NATO standards.
During the implementation of the exercise, the members of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina showed an exceptional level of training, professionalism, dedication and commitment. During the exercise, combat shooting with personal weapons and mortars, combat in urban areas, and medical evacuation were performed. The operational capabilities of the members of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina were presented, and this is one of the reasons why the top command always observes the performance. The exercise lasted from June 3 to 10.
Along with the Chief of the Joint Staff of the Armed Forces of BiH, Colonel General Gojko Knežević, present today were the Deputy Chief for Resources of the BiH ZŠOS, Major General Mirsad Ahmić, the Deputy Chief of Operations, Major General Tomo Kolenda, the Commander of the Support Command of the Armed Forces of BiH, Major General Zdravko Rezo, the Deputy Commander of the Support Command of the Armed Forces of BiH for Operations, Brigadier Jasmin Čajić, and representatives of EUFOR and NATO in Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was announced from the Public Relations Office of the MoBiH.
