The Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sefik Dzaferovic, sent a telegram of condolence to the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Sehbaz Sharif, due to the large number of human victims caused by flooding in that country.

“On behalf of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and on my own behalf, I ask you to accept our deepest condolences for the great human sacrifices and destruction caused by the floods in Pakistan,” he said.

Bosnia and Herzegovina stands by the friendly people and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in these difficult moments for Pakistan, wrote Dzaferovic.

The death toll from monsoon rains in Pakistan since June 14 has risen to 1,033. According to the National Disaster Management Agency (NDMA), 119 people died and 71 people were injured in the country in the last 24 hours alone.
