Džeko was elected the best player of Wolsburg of all times

Manchester City striker Edin Džeko has been elected the best player of Wolfsburg of all times.

Fans and journalists gave Džeko 1,293 points and that made him the best. Another BiH player that played in Wolfsbur Zvjezdan Misimović was placed 9 in top 10.

Džeko, together with Wolfsburg won the Bundesliga championship and was elected the best player in German championship, and broke the record for the number of goals in a single season.

”I’m very on the fact that I’m the best player of all time. In Wolfsburg I’ve spent ”only” three years and in short time we achieved a lot. I’m very happy and especially because through history Wolfsburg had some very good players”, said Edin Džeko.
