‘’The Post Office of RS’’ established direct connection with the Post Office in Germany (Deutsche Post), in order to provide to users better service. The shipment is performed five times a week between Banja Luka-Beograd –Frankfurt.
The advantage of this direct exchange is to send packages faster, which is, according to a research of ‘Pošte Srpske’, one of the basic requirements of users. Regarding a large number of postal exchanges with Germany, it is understandable for direct exchange to be set up, according to the website of RS Government.
The exchange started in the beginning of July. The goal of postal offices in the RS is that in the future to improve the functioning of international postal exchange to improve the quality of postal services.
