idbarIn the heart of BiH, some 60 kilometres from Sarajevo, and some 60 kilometres from Mostar, a village Idbar is located near Konjic and it was redesigned as an eco-village called ‘Heaven in Heaven’.

The village has 15 small houses near the clear river Idbar with high quality water, and since it is in the foothold of Prenj mountain it is a sort of air spa.

Those who visit  it will have the opportunity to enjoy the food in the restaurant ‘Kod amidže Idriza’ where visitors can eat traditional meals, with all types of bureks and to drink natural juices made of local herbs.

There are 30 rooms in the village and the over-night stay   for two people costs 50 EUR with breakfast included, and visitors can enjoy walks, fishing and mountaineering.

All the streets are named after famous BIH people such as Davorin Popović, Mak Dizdar, Himzo Polovina, etc.

There is also a replica of stećak and all houses are built in traditional style.
