The 16th International ecological fair “EKOBIS 2018” will be opened today under the motto “Let’s cultivate our own food – let’s be careful about our diet”, considering that this year’s topic is “Agricultural Production and Food Industry”.
The EKOBIS is exhibition fair, and it featured exhibitors from BiH, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, France, Turkey, Finland and Israel. This year, more than 200 exhibitors from several countries in the region will present themselves in the sports hall “Luke”.
“We will have around 230 exhibitors in 130 indoor and outdoor exhibition spaces, and unlike last year, we recorded an increase of 5 to 10 % in this parameter. We will try to give the opportunity to all of our visitors to see something new and to get them to take a look at all presentations of our exhibitors,” said the Director of the Fair, Enes Ruznic.
More than 3,000 exhibitors from 18 countries introduced themselves at EKOBIS over the past 15 years, and more than 200,000 people visited the fair. The organizers also added more than 500 successfully completed contents.
This year’s 16th edition of this fair will last until September 16.
