Edin Forto is the successor of Predrag Kojovic. Based on the received nominations from the municipal and city boards, he will be the only candidate for the president of our party.
And as the only candidate, it is certain that Forto will take the position from September. Delegates at the Congress of Our Party, which will be held on September 4 in Sarajevo, will decide on his election.
All this comes after the resignation of the current president Predrag Kojovic.
Edin Forto, the current Prime Minister of the Sarajevo Canton Government, has been in the party since 2009.
