When Edin Hadžipašić left his hometown Velika Kladuša 20 years ago, he could not even imagine that one day he will be one of the most successful BiH businessmen in Germany, in the job he deals with.
In the beginning, Edin did whatever brought financial benefit, and he spent the most time working for an employer who deals with the purchase and sale of car tires. In 2010, Edin launched his own business.
Edin’s company for the purchase and sale of car tires has 30.000 to 50.000 car tires on stock at any moment. Those are tires which are being sold and transported every day, and around 300.000 tires are always on stock in another warehouse.
“We import those tires worldwide, mostly to Africa and Asia, South America, as well as to all cities in Europe. The remotest country we have exported tires so far is Kirgizstan. The job is very well-established, my longtime customers are my best advertisement. Due to the size of the business, I purchased my own premises covering around 10.000 square meters, and every invested Euro paid off,” Edin said.
Around 18 workers are always hired in Edin’s company, and number changes according to need and extent of business. What is especially interesting is that Edin hires only people from BiH.
“Regardless of the fact that I live and work in Germany, in Bad Hersfeld, I will never be a German, I will always be a Bosnian and a man who lives for his country. My heart always beats and will beat for the country I come from and where my roots are. Yes, I hire people from BiH, and I think it is better that they earn some money to provide for their families and somehow have a better and brighter future,” said Edin. Edin revealed that music is his great love and that until now he had already made several great songs, for which he also made videos in cooperation with the Hayat television.
“Thanks to God, I am not one of those who live from music. Therefore, I do not depend on songs and concerts, I have my own well-established company, and there are also one advertising company and a construction firm, which both operate very well. Music is just something that I love,” Edin said.
